Some of the best cosplay of the 2025 Cleveland Gaming Classic

ree

The Cleveland Gaming Classic has long been one of my favorite cons. Sure, it helps that it's 20 minutes from my house, sure, but it's also one of the nicest ones I've been to. I've been to the big cons but nothing really has the positivity of a good CGC. And while I've been to pretty much all the CGCs, this is the first year Pixigonal has had a presence there and I used it, not only to meet with some truly amazing indy devs and creators, but also to meet some of the most killer cosplayers I've yet to meet.

Here's some of the ones I absolutely loved that stopped by. Make sure to click for the full image.

Teadragn here was one of the nicest people I met at the entire con, and her Hornet mask (from Hollow Knight Silksong) actually looks like it's made out of bone. It's crazy good.

Never has a man been more overwhelmingly happy to play his character 100% of the time than this man dressed as the leader of the Knights who say "Ni!" from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. He attempted to send me on an errand, but it seemed fishy.

This Shaun of the Dead cosplayer was such a cool guy I was too intimidated to point out that he had some red on him.

When I met this Tifa cosplayer, she was fresh off getting a signature from Britt Baron, voice actress for Tifa, and somehow put aside her copious levels of glee to look tough as hell for this picture.

Never in my life have I seen a cosplay that someone was born to play more than this gentleman going as Travis Touchdown from No More Heroes. Like, I could make jokes and puns and all that fun stuff but like...gang...look at this.
