If you've ever been to my house, firstly, who are you/get out, and secondly, you've probably noticed the stupid pile of Gunnars in my living room. At the time of this writing, I have 14. Do I need them? Probably not. Do I like having ones that match different shirts I'm wearing for Zoom meetings and the like? You bet your ass I do.

One of the coolest things about Gunnar other than the fact that they've stopped my headaches I get from late night gaming and having to spend all day looking at these damnable screens is that they do some really cool tie-ins with other properties. And not like "we slapped a logo onto our pre-existing product, I mean cool new ideas that require a whole new method of assembly.

Out of all the ones I've gotten though (because I'm a sucker for the collaborations here's my top 5. (Note: This is note a sponsored post, but Gunnar, I'm down cause I love you guys.)05)

Gunnar's Loki: Asgard Edition glasses

So, right out the gate, these cause a double take. And while the unique diamond frames aren't for everyone, they are super comfortable on a wide nose like mine. Not only that but the green to white gradient of the frames with the gold arms?

It also doesn't hurt that all the accessories are somehow true to Loki while also looking super formal. Love it.

Gunnar's Cruz: Black Panther Edition

While I'm not always here for brightly colored frames, these ones look killer along side a lot of graphic tees and almost makes me feel like I'm not being horrifically lazy by just having an army of graphic tees in my wardrobe.

It also somes with a various nice clip-on glasses case which is fantastic to attack to your laptop bag should you need your glasses on the go.

Gunnar's Overwatch Ultimate

Now, admittedly, I stopped playing Overwatch probably two or three years ago, but there's honestly no denying it had a habit of making their aesthetic nice and clean. The Gunnar Overwatch Ultimates do not stray from that.

Not only do these frames go with practically anything, the orange bits on the arms are an absolute gift as they are a softer grippy material that not only looks cool but prevents these bad boys from sliding off your face if you're looking down at your laptop.

Gunnar's Groot: Marvel Edition

Are you kidding me with these? First off, your eyes are not playing tricks, these are made with wood. Sustainably harvested walnut wood material laminated to carbon fiber to be exact. So not only are these bad boys wood, but you're not breaking them.

Not only that but despite these frames being metal on wood, they're designed for minimum weight so it looks like a tree but weights like a feather.

And if the topic of your glasses being made of wood comes up, which it does, you can let them know that everything from the glasses case to the cleaning cloth are all made with eco-friendly materials.

Gunnar's Fallout Vault 33

This is my Gunnar Glasses. There are many others like it but this one is mine.

I love these ones so much. Not only are they absolutely subtle in their colors with the dark green frames leading to the light green arm, but they look fantastic. Look how deep the frame sides go. I love that and want that in all glasses.

The "side shields" help block out light noise which is awesome if you're like me and just happen to have a window 90 degrees right from your immediate work spot.

And they also go with practically any outfit beyond some magic attire that automatically rejects the color green.
