Pokemon Legends: Z-A Mega Dimensions DLC Guide - "Hyperspace Mission 01 - Hyperspace Lumiose Survey No. 1"

NOTE: I went with a male presenting character so my character's bestie will be Taunie. If you went with one of the more female presenting ones you'll be friends with Urbain instead.
Well, you've returned from the events of the previous mission only to find a massive wacky portal over the remains of Lumiose Tower high in the air. Cool.
Ansha has explained to you that she once saw a Rayquaza while exploring the distortions and simply must have it.
Corbeau calls and after a brief moment of absolutely everyone casting side eye at Taunie...
...he explains that he needs you over at his office.
At the same time you unlock "Hyperspace Missions" which are purple marked spots on your map where you investigate strange dimensional leakage (eww) into the city.
But first, let's head over to the Rust Office and speak to our bestie Corbeau. When you get to his office, you find Vinnie there in a meeting. Apparently, Rust is helping look into the transdimensional weirdness and want to help Team MZ.
After a smash cut info dump they surmise that Hoopa is using a move called Hyperspace Hole to travel into this dimension into an alternative Lumiose know known as "Hyperspace Lumiose". They realize that we need Ansha and her Hoopa to get there so they decide to make Ansha a Team MZ member.
Vinnie explains the changes he made to my map app. Now Hyperspace Distortions appear on the map. Every Sunrise and Sunset the portal disappears and a new one appears. The info gives you an idea of what level the Pokemon you find will be at and an idea of what kind of Pokemon you'll encounter.
Ansha then gets excited and reminds you you need to head back to the Hotel to make donuts so Hoopa can get you through the portals. Let's go.
To help, Vinnie gives you 20 Ultra Balls (like I can't afford them by now?). Get you a donut and then head out to a portal.
After you make your donuts, Mable's holo jumpscares the gang. She's stunned at the appearance of Hoopa but she's hyped about something else.
She's powered up your Pokedex so you can now store info on Hyperspace Pokemon.
We're going to find a portal now and duck in. Remember to watch your calories. Once Hoopa burns through the calories of the donut you have to return so you only have so much time. Most donuts you can make now give you about three and a half minutes.
Once in there Corbeau gives you a set of new "hyperspace survey requests" to do while there so that more research can be accomplished. You'll need 7,000 research points to move forward to the next step.
Whenever you enter a pocket of Hyperspace you'll be given three tasks to try and compete. The more you complete the more points you get. It should take you about three or four portal trips to get enough points to move on. Once you do, head back to Corbeau.
When you return Vinnie points out that there's Pokemon in Hyperspace that are about to undergo Rogue Mega Evolution. It turns out that having four people in Hyperspace is messing things up so you need to leave Lida and Naveem out so he teams you up with someone powerful enough to make up for them both...KORRINA?!
Hell. Yes. Korrina is one of my favorite Gym Leaders of all time. Let's go. But first, in true fashion we gotta battle.
Head to Corbeau's battle arena and challenge Korrina who reveals hear outfit and JESUS CHRIST
Successor Korrina uses:
Machamp (weak to Psychic, Flying, Fairy)
Hawlucha (weak to Psychic, Flying, Fairy, Electric, Ice)
Sirfetch'd (weak to Psychic, Fairy, Flying
Mega Lucario Z (weak to Fire, Fighting, Ground)
Afterwards Korrina thanks you for the battle and let's you know how hyped she is to be on your party. Then Corbeau tells you that both he and Vinnie would like you to catch any Rogue Mega Evolved Pokemon you saved as well as collecting Hyperspace Berries. Corbeau then gives you a Hyper Cheri Berry.
Hyperspace Berries are special berries that allow you to make higher ranking donuts.
After that we get news that there's a distortion in Rouge Sector 1 that reeks of Rogue Mega Evolution. Let's head there where we'll find Korrina chilling there and being Korrina.
Once through you find the Rogue Mega...it's an...Absol? This was the first Rogue Mega we encountered! We got this one.
Except...
It's ROUGE MEGA ABSOL Z, a brand new form for Absol!
Not, when doing this battle pick up as many black energy orbs as possible to keep Hoopa's calorie count from dipping causing you to get kicked out of the battle.
Most of the battle will have it lunging at you and trying to hit you. Keep moving while attacking. If it charges up an attack it'll slash the air causing black shock waves to come at you. Dodge.
Also, it's a Ghost/Dark type so adjust your attacks accordingly.
Once completed you'll get an Absolite Z for your troubles so you can make a cool edgelord Absol of your own! After that you encounter a Bonus Ball filled with Hyper Berries! Be sure to hit it. It also...contained...what?
Apparently this "Nice Butter" will allow you to make better donuts. But for now, it's Mission Complete!
