Pokemon Legends: Z-A Guide "Main Mission 33 - A Rogue Mega Tyranitar"

NOTE: I went with a male presenting character so my character's bestie will be Taunie. If you went with one of the more female presenting ones you'll be friends with Urbain instead.

For this one we're going to go meet Naveen at the Tyranitar picture of our map to the Northeast. Go ahead and just fast travel to the Hibernal Pokemon Center and take the Holovator just south.

This one's really easy to get to. It's in the middle of a courtyard so just drop down at it and get ready. Mega Tyranitar, if you don't remember from the Three Star Restaurant Side Mission, is weak to Fighting, Fairy, Ground, Grass, Bug, Water, Steel. So I'm gonna bring either my Mega Scrafty or my Mega Mawile into this one.

This one is surprisingly easy. It has some big attacks, casting sandstorms to stay out of, and creating spires of earth to dodge, but they're all VERY easy to dodge. Most of these you can actually KEEP attacking while being attacked because they're so easy to dodge.

The big one you need to watch out for is that half way through the battle it'll cast Earthquake. It'll create a shockwave that'll get bigger and bigger. Get your Pokemon out of there and just get as far away as possible until it dies down.

Afterwards you'll get a Tyranitarite for your troubles and a heal from Naveen!
