Pokemon Legends: Z-A Guide "Main Mission 31 - Summons from Vinnie"

NOTE: I went with a male presenting character so my character's bestie will be Taunie. If you went with one of the more female presenting ones you'll be friends with Urbain instead.
AZ has been feeling a certain bad energy coming off the tower and when Taunie suggests doing something about it, AZ reminds her that the strongest Mega Evolution user needs to be found so that they can control Mega Floette (what?).
Taunie mentions that despite being one rank lower than you, she's going to climb the ranks and show the people of the town that she's the strongest.
But first, a...crap...a message from Vinnie. Oh, it's not the Rogue Evolution one, neat. Instead he's asking for Taunie to meet him at Quasartico and that you're to join. Neat. Guess that explains the mission name.
Go ahead and meet Vinnie at the door to Quasartico Inc's building. He will then take you to President Jett.
Jett tells you all about how Quasartico (I hate typing that word) has been putting up the holo walls everywhere to prevent damage from the regular Pokemon and Rogue Megas alike and that after the event five years ago (X/Y) people were fleeing the town. That the walls and protections were there to bring people back.
She found that the tower in the middle of the city was actually giving off a peculiar energy.
Vinnie mentions that he's receiving a call to be elsewhere and needs to be excused. After he leaves Jett says about how Vinnie was actually the one to introduce her to AZ.
After the conversation stops and you and Taunie are about to leave, Jett stops Taunie and asks her where she got her coat. Taunie mentions that it was her mom's. Jett mentions it looked familiar. Suspicious...
You're about to leave again when Vinnie comes back in the room and asks you to wait. He states that, once again, there's Rogue Mega spikes and he tells Taunie he'll email her the info. Looks like it's time for another strategy meeting.
Once back in the hotel Lida leads the mission, there's a Dragonite in Vert Sector 3 with Taunie, Tyranitar in Jaune Sector 4 with Naveen, and a Starmie in Bleu Sector 9 with Lida, of course.
Now that you got that over and done with, let's head back to the hotel for a meeting.
Back at base you meet the Scooby Gang in the lobby and congratulate each other on a job well done (mostly by you). Taunie than changes up the mood by asking AZ what he meant when he said only the strongest Mega Evolution user can handle Floette.
AZ explains that Floette's true power can get out of control easily if not controlled properly.
When talking about who Floette might pick, Naveen suggests it might be you which seems to genuinely upset Taunie who REALLY thinks she's the main character of this game.
Suddenly, your phone gets a really weird glow as it alerts you of a Rank B battle versus a weird man in the shadows named Grisham. Weird.
Whoever wins will be Rank A.
Lida asks the question we're all asking...
As for finding them, I get a choice of asking Vinnie or Emma for help locating this Grisham. I chose Emma because, it's Emma. As Taunie leaves to go find Emma, AZ does that "I'm definitely dying" cough into his hand.
Time to go see Emma.
But for now, Mission Complete!
