The 2025 Crunchyroll Anime Awards are nearly upon us, and fans around the world have made their voices heard. A record 51 MILLION votes have been cast in what is shaping up to be a strong show that has announced even more celebrity appearances from within and outside of the anime industry.

Creepy Nuts will be performing at the 2025 Crunchyroll Anime Awards


  • Creepy Nuts - the duo behind the sensational hits "Otonoke" and "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born" is not just nominated for the awards, they will also be performing live!



FLOW will be performing at the 2025 Crunchyroll Anime Awards

  • FLOW - Performing in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of Eureka Seven, this rock band always brings the hype. Bonus points for me as they also performed the OP to my all-time favourite anime, Code Geass



LiSA will be performing at the 2025 Crunchyroll Anime Awards

  • LiSA - This iconic voice has performed music for countless of the top anime that fans know and love. From Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba to Sword Art Online to Fate/Zero and Solo Leveling, LiSA has become synonymous with series beloved by fans the world over, and now she takes the stage for the 2025 Crunchyroll Anime Awards.



More Guest Presenters Announced

The show continues to grow its list of names of famous fans around the world who are taking time to honour the teams, actors, creators, performers, and musicians who make the anime industry the global phenomenon that it has become. Here are the latest names added to the list:


  • J Balvin - GRAMMY nominated global music superstar.

  • Kacey Musgraves - GRAMMY award winning country music singer, songwriter, & musician.

  • Zak Penn - Screenwriter known for his work on Free Guy, Ready Player One, The Avengers, and much more.


You can find our picks for the Crunchyroll Anime Awards here. The show will take place Sunday May 25th with the pre-show beginning at 5:00 PM JST. Note that this means it will be 4:00 AM in EST, so please account for time zones! We look forward to seeing what anime will bring home the awards this year!
