Saga Volume 12 needs to hurry the fuck up while we still have libraries

In the wake of Trump's victory, Republican politicians are already courting their orange oligarch by launching a slew of nonsense regulations that smokescreen their money making moves while hurting minorities. In Ohio, Mike DeWine already pushed through a law that will make it illegal for trans kids to use their correct bathroom despite there having not been ANY event that would cause people to be alarmed.
If you want to ask someone about the effects of Trump's folks on their lives and are afraid to talk to a minority, take a minute and chat up a librarian. Since Trump's first run through, librarians around the country have been under constant calls from people threatening their very lives if they don't remove the LGBTQA+ material in their care.
Many libraries have fought back by putting together Pride sections and the like reminding people that no one is going anywhere. But at the same time, the Republicans are currently tripping over themselves to create the most heinous laws possible and a lot of libraries know what's coming.
What does this have to do with Saga? I'm getting there.
Over the last month I've been finding a lot more Pride based books in libraries "book sale" sections and have been buying them up en mass to make sure they're still available for people. Recently my wife came home with a compendium that came out not long ago that just showcases some of DC's more higher profile LGBTQA+ characters. She got it for fifty cents.
Here's where Saga comes into play. Saga has always been surrounded by controversy as a rare comic book that portrays mothers mothering and women being capable. Hell, the first volume of the graphic novel stirred up controversy not for its violence, language, or themes. It got banned in some places because the main character is breast feeding on the cover.
[Warning: Extreme image of a baby being feed. If you don't like babies not starving, avert thine eyes.]

And I know that it doesn't prevent Saga from selling, but at the same time, I have gotten so many people into buying Saga by first suggesting they look for it at their local library. Local libraries are an awesome place for people to discover comics not made by Marvel/DC that cover all sorts of different topics people aren't used to seeing covered and people they're not used to seeing represented.
But as we're about to get a White House filled with people who want us to believe that real people don't exist, it's going to be a lot harder to find places to discover new books without having to buy them prior.
And Brian K Vaughn, since you're reading this (hopefully) I need you to understand something. I love your work so much. You're one of the few people who's work is immediately recognizable without me seeing your name attached. Like my wife to a Shaboozey song, I will read a book and just be like "this is that new Vaughn track".
Your moment in Crossover made me laugh so much. Paper Girls was such a fun time as someone who grew up in Cleveland. Y: The Last Man had so many cool twists. Powers showed me the kind of comic I wanted to read that I never knew existed. You are amazing, but you need to stop focusing on these show projects and just get these books out.
The Powers show was an insane mess. The Paper Girls show was rushed to high holy hell despite fantastic acting. And the Y: The Last Man came out during the run of the popular show "The Last Man on Earth" and made everyone confused. Walk away from it okay? Please. I'm so worried of Saga fading away and we need a book like this now more than ever.
But, let's not worry. I'm sure I'm just over reacting and everything will be fine...
