For this one we're going to look for a portal on the wall behind Nouveau Cafe. Head on through.
Once through the portal you'll find yourself in a Hyperspace version of...a weird wide open area with a door and on the opposite end, everyone's favorite chaotic good baristas Grisham and Griselle. You're supposed to talk to Ghisham, but I have taste so I'm going to talk to the best character in the game Griselle first.
It's the same scene either way where they talk about wondering what it is they're doing there. Emma shows up as well. It turns out that Emma and the other two are semiconscious of the fact that they're not real but rather someone's subconscious thoughts. Just like the player is aware that Nintendo is VERY proud of putting Emma's butt completely in frame.
Emma, on your behalf, challenges the two of them to a two-on-two battle.
Team Flare Nouveau's Grisham and Griselle uses:

Afterwards, the two Gs agree to answer questions for Emma. Emma asks if they know what Dr. Xerosic was working for Team Flare. He was, apparently, working on ways to enhance humans like Mega Evolution does to Pokemon. The result being the Expansion Suit that Emma wears.
Grisham reveals that he and Griselle were actually supposed to be the first kids to have the suits tried on them but something changed and it ended up being Emma.
They talk about how Xerosic showed a rare kindness to Emma that few ever got to experience.
Afterwards, Grisham tells you that he feels more at peace with Zygarde's choice to choose you and gifts you Grisham's "Chef Top Set". Griselle says to wear it if I ever decide to join them.
