He's heard a rumor that there's a gravestone in the cemetery (Wild Zone 4) that moves around at night under certain conditions. It has to be nighttime. You can only have one Pokemon with you. You have to enter the cemetery from the northern gate. You have to say the magic words "solitary solo cemeteries are sorta scary".

So let's get a solo Pokemon in our team and head over.

It'll ask you the password when you enter the northern gate. Remember "Solitary solo cemeteries are sorta scary."

Do it right and you'll get a cut scene in which you encounter a Houndstone and a bunch of Greavards.

After beating them all, Horace comes to you and thanks you for figuring out what was happening.
