We're going to head to this location where, under the bridge, there's a man chilling with is his Charcadet. He DESPERATELY needs you to be his rival.
At this point the screen goes cinematic widescreen and it is here Adver crafts your new backstory to go with his need for a rival.
He states that you and he were born on the same day and both chose to raise a Charcadet. But using different items your Charcadet took two different paths. One, evolving into Armarogue, the other, Ceruledge.
Then, one faithful day your paths crossed once more and the Ceruledge and Armarogue were destined to battle.
Afterwards, he drops character and lets you know that he's already got the Auspicious Armor and Malicious Armor needed to evolve Charcadet into either form. You can only pick one and I went with Auspicious Armor cause I want that Megaman.
He then evolves his Charcadet into Ceruledge in front of you.
Now you just need to get a Charcadet of your own from one of the many portals and make your way back! Just find a portal with their shadow clearly on display.
Once you return and talk to Adver. Make sure to set your party so it can be a one-on-one battle.
If you are fighting Ceruledge, it's weak to Water, Ground, Rock, Ghost, Dark.
If you are fighting Armarouge, it's weak to Water, Ground, Rock, Ghost, Dark.
It's samesees.
It's level 60 but I managed to beat it by giving my Armarouge the Dark Pulse attack which Ceruledge is weak to.
Once you're done, that's it! Mission Complete! Enjoy your 4,300 gold, 1 Gold Bottle Cap, and 5 Bottle Caps.
