Pokemon Legends: Z-A Guide "Side Mission 107 - The World's Greatest Pikachu"

For this one, we're going to head to this area on our map, just west of the Centrico Pokemon Center. Inside the fenced in area we're going to look for a kid with a very familiar color scheme named Pikami with a Pikachu who DEFINITELY isn't supposed to be like Ash Ketchum.

He's so confident his Pikachu is the strongest ever that he wants to have a Pikachu v Pikachu battle so get yours ready. If you somehow don't have one already, hit up Wild Zone 3.

Okay, thought I was gonna be clever with using an Alpha, but his Pikachu took me out with one usage of the move Dig. Was not ready for his level 66.

Two can play at that game. If you go to Hotel Richissime and head east you'll find a construction worker giving out the TM Dig. Get ready, kid. Oh, and let's equip a Focus Sash while we're at it.

The trick for this kid is that the first move you'll do he'll use Protect to block it, then immediately he'll use Dig. Use a quick move at the beginning to force Protect and then wait till he starts using Dig and then use Dig after. His Pikachu will pop up and hit nothing with yours coming up right behind and nailing it. Also keep an eye on your health.

Afterwards, he gets really excited in a very Ash kinda way and thanks you for the battle.
