For this one we're going to head to the battle arena at this location on the map and look for a woman in the middle named Constance.
She's a bug-type trainer looking for a battle. Looks like this'll be another easy meal for Mega Chandelure as bugs are weak to fire.

Jeez, I didn't even remember to Mega Evolve and it was still just five Heat Waves. Get you a Chandelure folks.
