Pokemon Legends: Z-A Guide "Side Mission 100 - Starmie on High"

She claims to be a trainer who lives in the "blessed company of Starmie". She states that there is going to be a gathering in which that invite the Starmie gathering in the stars to come down and hang.

She asks that I meet back at this very spot with a Starmie of my own at night time. There's a few spots with benches not far so just chill until night and return with a Starmie. Remember, Staryu evolve with Water Stone.

Once you're back the Gathering of the Starmulos (my name) begins. You all start chanting and a shooting star flies in towards Bleu Plaza. They claim another Staryu has fallen to earth.
