He's a Canari fan that remembers you from winning the Canari Quiz Whiz Contest.

He's got a slew of Eeletrik's he's debating evolving into Eelektross just like Canari's but he wants to see which is the strongs because he only have one stone to evolve one with.

Oh, he's going to battle me isn't he...

Yup. So, go ahead and battle Anguil of DYN4MO. First he...okay...he throws out three different Eeletriks one after the next. If you got Grount Type attacks you can make lamprey pie (don't Google it) out of his party.

Afterwards, Anguil is about to make his choice when Mani, the really annoying guy from the Quiz Whiz event shows up to stop him. He reminds Anguil that Canari trained her WEAKEST Eelektrik into a strong Elektross.

The two of them run off together and...yeah...that's it.
