He wants to trade his Galarian Slowpoke for a traditional one.
If you don't happen to have one, Wild Zone 11 to the East is a fantastic place to snag one.
Go ahead and snag one and run back to Quill.
Bro named his Galarian Slowpoke "Spicy". Great, now I have THAT.
Anywho, Mission Complete! Enjoy your 1000 Gold, 1 Pearl, and 1 Power Belt. Oh! And also...Spicy.
