Outside Coiffure Clips on the very South Western area of the map is a woman in all black named Vivace. Talk to her.

Her favorite Pokemon is Flabébé, she says that instead of hello or anything else. She talks about how there are five different colors of that Pokemon. Red, Yellow, Orange, Blue, and White. Oh no...you're not going to...

You can show her each one, one at a time, and don't need to have them in your party so that's at least nice. They can be found all over near flowers so just keep an eye out for flowers of particular colors. Just bare in mind they are LITTLE. Also, don't forget roof tops.

Each color you turn in nets you a new hair color option of the same color. Get those and bring it back to her to get Red, Blue, Orange, White, and Lemon Yellow hair colors.

Getting all five also unlocks Aqua, Purple, and Passion Pink hair colors.
