Pokemon Legends: Z-A Guide - "Main Mission 01: Get Your Travel Bag Back!"

Hi there! Welcome to the first mission from our ever-growing guide for Pokemon Legends: Z-A!

NOTE: I went with a male presenting character so my character's bestie will be Taunie. If you went with one of the more female presenting ones you'll be friends with Urbain instead.

So, we're going straight to a guide for the first mission huh? That's okay, we get turned around sometimes but I'll help you out.

Right after the initial cut scene, your travel bag is stolen by a Pancham that then runs off with it. The mission starts and you need to get it back. Luckily your new pal Taunie and the starter Pokemon leads the charge so you just gotta follow them following the Pancham.

They take the first left, then a right, forward through the next intersection, one more left, and then it's a deadend where the Pancham is now with two people, Andi and Andre.

They challenge you to a fight and you have to pick a starter. I went with Totodile because it's like the one starter I never used so I figured why not. And you have to battle.

Battle system is pretty easy here, just use the attacks when they recharge. It's not a very complex thing so just pay attention to the bottom right and hit the buttons when the abilities return.

Afterwards, Andi gets to deal with the mental crisis that comes with being beating by someone who just now picked a starter and they run off. Congrats, your bag has been returned.
