Alright, so we're going to head to this area on the far West and talk to a man named Ludo. He'll tell you about how he started a Gogoat carrier service but his Gogoats are all too little. He needs a large one.

If you don't have Wild Zone 20 unlocked, the easiest way to do this is to go to Wild Zone 3 and get an Alpha Skiddo. If there isn't one, stay out of the zone and just keep fast travelling to Wild Zone 3 which forces a full respawn each time. Eventually you'll see it through the fence to the south west.

Then just get it to level 32 and Evolve it into a Gogoat and bring it back to Ludo.
