Head over to this location shown on the map and look for a man named Foco standing in a fenced in arena.

He is...something.

He tells you about how Pokemon that use Focus Energy are more likely to land critical hits. He then immediately challenges you to a battle.

Foco the Office Worker starts off with a Beedrill (weak to Psychic, Flying, Rock, and Fire), followed by a Sharpedo (weak to Fairy, Electric, Bug, Grass, and Fighting), then a Scyther (weak to Fire, Electric, Rock, Flying, and Ice).

Once you're done he congratulates you and runs off.
