Oh cool, it's a cop. They're trying to blame someone for the Goomy making a mess of the bench. OH YOU CAN ANSWER "NO COMMENT".

This Police Officer must be from America because after you No Comment enough times they decide to fight you.

Licier the Police Officer throws out a Manectric (who's weak to Ground Type), then a Lucario (who's weak to Fighting, Fire, and Ground Type).

After you beat her a little boy comes and finds his Goomy. The kid cleans up the bench before anyone can say anything and they take off.

The cop, as an apology, gives you the tip that if you want to evolve Goomy to it's final evolution you need to evolve it in the rain. Cool.
