Alright, so head to this spot and talk to someone named Piresse in a green top. She wants to talk to you about Pokemon attacks that go HP absorbing.

She then challenges you to a battle versus her HP draining Pokemon.

Piresse the Model starts with Ariados (weak to Psychic, Rock, Flying, Fire), then Phantump (weak to Dark, Flying, Ghost, Fire, Ice), then Roselia (weak to Psychic, Flying, Fire, Ice).

Once you're done PIresse laments for a moment before congratulating you. She then gives you a Big Root, and item that increases the healing you get from absorption moves.

Mission Complete! Enjoy your 1500 Gold, 1 Big Root, and 10 Sitrus Berry.
