For this you're going to head to this location where you'll find someone named Chou sitting at a cafe with their Pokemon. She talks about the importance of getting along with your Pokemon. She talks about how her Pokemon have been with her since the start and then asks to battle you.

Chou the "Sightseer" starts with her Clefairy, then her Lopunny.

Clefairy is pretty tough but Poison and Steel types will take it out.

As for Lopunny, Fighting type will take it out.

She then tells you about how spending time at the cafe with Pokemon deepens their friendship levels.
