Pokemon Legends: Z-A Guide "Side Mission 023 - Underneath the Holovator"

At the location below you're going to want to look for a lady named Terra in a light brown coat with black pants, shoes, and hat like a Marvel Hero dressing casual.

She has you look at a mound of dirt that she thinks is a wild Pokemon's nest. It's preventing people from using the Holovator (why does everyone constantly run around on rooftops here? It's insane.) and needs you to do something about it.

Head over to the mound and investigate it.

Yup, that's dirt alright.

You'll get asked if you want to battle whatever is down that and chase it away. Pick the obvious and deal with the Diggersby that pops out.

You can capture it too by the way so be ready to capture it if you don't have one yet.

After the battle, Terra thanks you and the Holovator becomes usable once more.
