Pokemon Legends: Z-A Guide "Side Mission 018: A Pan-Tastic Pot of Tea"

For this one, head to this location and find a gentleman named Servando.

He runs a restaurant and wants to run a promotion that uses Pansear, Panpour, and Pansage (because I swear chefs in this universe don't know any other Pokemon). But he wants you to bring him one of each.

Unfortunately they're not really in the Wild Zones. Instead you have to run around the city and watch for them hanging out in trees. It's a regular Pans Labyr...no, I'm not doing that. It's NOT easy to spot and they don't spawn a lot so you might have to just come back to this when you chance upon all three like I did.

But once you've found them all, put them in your party and bring them back to Servando.

He makes you a special cup of tea and then you've done it!
